We tried our best to hold our prices which have not being updated since we opened the salon 5 years ago.
Your understanding will be much appreciated.
Prices can be checked on our website from Monday the 28th of June.
We are celebrating the 5th anniversary of our lovely salon, we will be introducing a new member of staff and looking forward to what the next 5 years will bring to us!
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS, OR IF YOU HAVE BEEN AROUND ANYONE WHO IS SHOWING SYMPTOMS OR HAS TESTED POSITIVE IN THE LAST 14 DAYS.
Our stylists will be wearing a face shield and a mask.
All equipment and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitised after each client and the salon will be regularly deep cleaned.
Upon arrival we will be asking you to sanitise your hands... Each client will be asked to use face mask. No exceptions unless you can prove you can't wear them because of any health conditions.
We may ask to take your temperature upon arrival, this will be done using a contactless infrared thermometer...
We are limiting the number of clients within the salon to NO more then one client per stylist at a time.
Each stylist will be responsible for providing you a start to finish service and will not interact with other stylists or clients during your appointment.
There will be no waiting which means you are required to attend at your appointment time.
If for any reason you can’t attend, please contact Welter or the salon well in advance of your appointment.
When the salon reopens we will be very busy as all our clients want appointments as soon as possible. So please please please DON’T BE LATE... if you’re late we’re late and it has a knock-on effect to others. In some cases, we may turn you away and you may lose your deposit.
Please bring just the extremely necessary with you.
We will not be offering dry cuts or fringe trims for the foreseeable future. COVID-19 can survive on hair, all services will include a full wash.
Children’s cuts will be available, however they must be of an age where they can have their hair washed. If your child needs to be accompanied by an adult, please let us know when booking and we will do our best to accommodate you whilst still adhering to our social distance policy.
We will not be offering magazines but feel free to bring your own.
Hot drinks and water will be provided if it is safe to do so served on a paper take away cup.
Please do not bring your own food as you will not be permitted to remove your masks to eat them.
When your stylist contacts you they will perform a telephone consultation. We need you to be honest about home colours as this will affect your appointment times and relevant tests will need to carried out prior to your appointment.
Cancellations should be done not later than 48 hours before your appointment.
We are also unable to offer any discounts at this time... all children’s cuts will be full price and all loyalty offers will be on pause until further notice.
CARD OR BANK TRANSFER PAYMENTS ONLY Please do not bring cash, sorry for the inconvenience, we hope you understand.
Tips are welcome but if you wish to tip your stylist please put it in an envelop that should be handled to your stylist directly. We CAN NOT add tips to your bill.
We will be trying to accommodate all our fabulous clients so late cancellations, no shows and late arrivals will mean someone else misses out on an appointment and wastes our stylists time. If you had any last minute cancelations or no shows in the past you might be asked to a deposit non refundable by the time of your booking. The deposit will be deducted at your final bill

Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service are free of charge.
Cancellations taken less then 24 hours incur a charged of 30% of the booked service..
